Visits and workshops

At Salagon, you can visit the medieval priory and Romanesque church, a museum about life in Haute-Provence and themed gardens. We organise workshops, lectures and events for adults and children all year round.

Useful information

  • The museum is a public site and is governed by rules.
  • All visitors must be appropriately dressed, and are expected to treat museum staff and other site users with respect.
  • Visitors are not permitted to pick plants or collect seeds.
  • No smoking is permitted inside the buildings.
  • Pets are admitted but must be kept on leads.
  • Visitors must not touch the exhibits or museum displays or cross any barrier or other device designed to limit access.
  • Visitors may photograph or film the exhibits and objects for their own private use only
